Solution Engineer- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: Temp to Hire Position This is a Hybrid position, and they need to be in Cleveland, OH area. Job Brief: Collaborate directly with line of business partners to analyze business processes, determine improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using platforms, including but not limited to, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, IDP and other technologies. Develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget. Required Qualifications: Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree and/or Technical Bootcamp or equivalent work experience required. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of RPA using Automation Anywhere Software Development experience. Passion for technology and learning new tools and frameworks based upon project work. A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team, working in a fast-paced environment Excellent planning and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering on aggressive deadlines. A strong desire to learn and develop problem solving skills. A basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
