We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Corporate Finance team. This person will report to the Executive Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets and will be based in our New York City headquarters. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain several executive's schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travelSchedule and submit travel and business-related expenses in ConcurCoordinate the signature process for financing documentsPrepare documents for team members and industry partnersManage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timeliness and appropriate actionComplete additional tasks and special projects as neededContributes to the Greystone team effort by accomplishing related results as neededAssist members of the Corporate Finance team with any necessary meeting preparation and when requested, join meetings to take notes and follow up with responsible parties to ensure tasks are completed as agreed uponMaintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive informationExperience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting a senior level executiveAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSuperior time management skills with the ability to multitask while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesSuperior judgement, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and assertivenessExceptional interpersonal skills

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
