Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the culinary arts, and a deep understanding of hospitality management. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, food preparation, and customer service in an upscale, trendy, modern dining environment.DutiesLead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and staff performance.Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure adherence to company standards.Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.Coordinate banquet services and special events to ensure seamless execution.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.SkillsProven experience in food preparation and culinary management within a casual dining setting.Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices for safety.Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.Experience in shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with banquet planning and execution is a plus.Minimum RequirementsMust have previous experience as a restaurant general manager.Must have open availability.Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license.Join our team as the General Manager, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences while leading a talented team dedicated to excellence in hospitality.Job Type:
