As a product leader driving the Identity capability, you will empower all Intuit users to easily and securely access Intuit products with personalized experiences.We are looking for creative candidates who love solving complex problems by delving into user experience data, translating real-life workflows, and defining high scale services. Define and lead the multi-year vision and strategy for the Intuit Identity.Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experiences and scalable services.Coach and grow a team of product managers to elevate their craft and help them grow their careers.Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions.Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans, progress, and success.Experiment with data to influence business outcomes.Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant product releases.Work closely across Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal.Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points and gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way.Represent the team in presentations, meetings, and customer and partner events internally and externally.Minimum Requirements
10+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systems or large-scale enterprise solutions.Track record in defining and delivering exceptional products that solve significant customer needs and deliver business results.Proven team leadership who coaches individuals to do their best work and attract top talent.Demonstrable technical depth in software, data, and product management.Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.Track record of working closely with customers and partners, listening, and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.Boundaryless collaboration skills - leading execution across teams and influencing across organizations.BS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
