This position is full-time and located onsite at our Bremerton, WA office. This position requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. What You Will Do Reviews engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine documentation and material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, ensuring engineering orders reflect the latest requirements. Analyzes proposed changes in product design to determine effect on documents such as drawings, test specifications, manuals, and ensures all documents have required approvals. Compiles release packages ensuring all documentation is present. Notifies appropriate departments of any new or updated data. Maintains audit trails. Researches and resolves inconsistencies with design, production, material, or program office. Validate equipment installations aboard US Navy ships. What You Must Have Shipboard knowledge in Hull, Mechanical, or Electrical (HM&E) systems, Aviation Maintenance Administration, or related experience working with military equipment systems required. Must be able to work in industrial setting and onboard US Navy ships. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Candidate may be required to travel for 2 to 3 weeks at a time with some international travel. 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. Bonus Points For Experience supervising ships Repair Parts Petty Officer or related field handling parts and material. Experience handling parts and material. Experience as Department/Division 3M manager. Logistics experience identifying equipment and material using Navy Supply research tools such as HAYSTACK, FEDLOG, CDMD-OA, R-Supply, and One - Touch. Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
