Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of LSPedia's track and trace solutions, with a focus on supply chain, inventory management, and warehouse management functionalities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex B2B SaaS products and a solid understanding of how SaaS platforms integrate with ERP, WMS, or supply chain systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring the product delivers maximum value and meets customer needs. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy : Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for LSPedias OneScan platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Product Roadmap : Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring prioritization based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, development, and customer success) and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product features. Backlog Management : Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and meet customer needs. Work with development teams to ensure timely delivery of sprints and releases. B2B SaaS Expertise : Leverage your experience in managing B2B SaaS platforms to drive innovation, optimize performance, and create scalable solutions that meet the demands of enterprise-level customers. Agile Leadership : Lead Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, standups, and reviews, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and the successful execution of product goals. Customer-Centric Approach : Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and advocate for features that deliver real value. Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data and analytics to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform product decisions. System Integration : Ensure seamless integration of LSPedias OneScan platform with external systems such as ERP, WMS, or other business-critical platforms, delivering a smooth and efficient user experience. Compliance & Security : Ensure that the platform meets regulatory compliance standards and maintains robust security protocols, especially in areas such as data protection and traceability. Minimum Qualifications : 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, specifically within B2B SaaS environments. Strong experience managing the full product lifecycle of SaaS platforms, ideally in industries such as supply chain, logistics, ERP, or warehouse management. Proven success in working with Agile teams, managing product backlogs, and delivering complex software products on time. B2B SaaS Expertise : Understanding of the key principles behind building and scaling B2B SaaS products, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Stakeholder Management : Experience in working with cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and effectively communicating product vision to stakeholders. Technical Acumen : Familiarity with SaaS architectures, integrations (APIs), and enterprise systems such as ERP. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex requirements into clear, actionable product stories. Problem-Solving & Decision Making : Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and drive decisions that benefit both the product and the business. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in supply chain , logistics , ERP , or warehouse management systems . Familiarity with track and trace technologies and how they can enhance supply chain visibility. Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO) or other relevant certifications in Agile product management. Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions and a deep understanding of security, compliance, and scalability considerations.
