Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required.Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry.Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams.Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, TR Band.Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Feeding tube care and management.Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure.Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.Required Medication Experience/Skills: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA, Procedural Sedation Administration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips.Surgical drain experience required.Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management.Required Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.Code blue/rapid response experience preferred.Cerner experience preferred.Must have active IL license in hand to apply.Schedule Information
