Certifications: ARRT, ACLS, BLS.Certification details: Tech Cert Verification - National, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification.Job Details

Shift: Five eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday 7:30- 16:00.One call day/ week, every other week.In addition to 3 additional call days within a 60 day period (tech can sign up for these), two weekdays and one weekend day.Weekend call occurs every seven to eight weeks and cases are added on as needed, the weekend staff are on call Friday night at 5:00pm through Monday morning at 7:00am.Procedures: Angiograms, Venograms, PICC, Port a cath, Vertebroplasty, GI bleed, Embolization, Biliary tube exchange, Nephrostomy, IVUS, Fistulagram, Trans jugular biopsy, IVC filter removal, Experience with thrombectomy for neuro cases.Equipment: EKOS, Inari, Penumbra, Jeti.Job Requirements

Proof of I9 or Attestation.Government issued photo ID required.Proof of E-Verify or Attestation.Required if RN/LPN is working on a compact license.COVID (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) and Flu required.Tattoos/piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings.Nails - should be less than 1/4" in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable.Cafeteria - no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site.Parking - free in any unrestricted space.Scrubs/Apparel should not have ANY Agency or brand logos on them. This is strictly enforced.
