If you're known for being task and people oriented, hands-on, and capable of balancing both immediate needs and long-term strategic thinking, we’d love to hear from you.This position is hybrid - 3 days from the office (2 in TLV, 1 in Binyamina)Key Responsibilities:Serving as a one-stop shop for employees and managers for all HR related topics. Support their needs and ensure professional and engaging response.Supporting managers on squad lead level, providing counseling on HR related topics and managerial coaching. Advise and partner with managers to support employee engagement, retention, and development for their teams.Develop and train soft skills workshops for managers and employees.Meeting tech employees in ISR and US for sensing and driving required actions.Follow up on employees related needs with managers, legal, or our financial and accounting vendors. Specifically support our reservists and their families.Initiate, develop and implement HR projects, such as Learning and Development, Engagement, Reserve Duty Support etc.Oversee agreements creation and compliance, while collaborating with legal.Execute exit process E2E, including supporting managers in performance issues and PIPs.Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives. Ensure efficient hiring data analytics, AI tools implementation and driving constant improvement.TA Budget Ownership: Lead the TA budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.Hands-on support of staffing efforts by conducting behavioral interviews, occasional sourcing support and taking ownership over Senior management hiring.Branding: create and manage Sunbit Tech Branding strategy and execution while collaborating with in-house Marketing team, PR firms/consultants.Requirements
10+ years of HR experience - minimum of 5 years as HRBP and 5 years as TA manager.Experienced in all HR fields - Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Labor Law, Employee Relations, Management Coaching.Fluent English required, experienced in working with the US.Preferred Experience:Prior experience in creating and executing talent development programs will be considered an advantage.Background in leading Branding will be considered a substantial advantage.Advantage for HR experience in both Corporate organizations and startups.
