Financial Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management

Reporting to the Enterprise Risk Management Manager, you will help support Conagra’s risk management initiatives emphasizing in Business Continuity. You will support Conagra’s BC processes across the enterprise by working with all departments to help ensure operational resilience in the face of internal and external risks. You will provide general support with response to incidents, reviewing BC plans for adherence to policy and regulatory requirements, participating in BC exercises.
You Will:
Help identify important enterprise risks across the organization by engaging with stakeholders and analyzing business processes.
Help develop and maintain ERM and Business Continuity Process (BCP) frameworks and procedures.
Contribute to the Business Continuity Planning System (Riskonnect) to uniformly build business continuity plans, including all system maintenance, design, imports, exports, reporting, and support.
Conduct risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to critical business operations.
Collaborate with departments to ensure the appropriate business continuity, crisis management, crisis communication, and third-party contingency (including supply chain, business service providers, IT services providers) plans align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Support departments with business continuity tabletop exercises.
Support crisis management activities during incidents to ensure continuity of operations, including supporting post-mortem discussions, summaries, enhancements, and resolutions.
Provide training to business teams and support on risk management and business continuity practices, promoting a culture of operational resilience.
Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, those related to business continuity.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is required.
2+ years of experience in risk management, business continuity planning, or a related field required..
Comprehensive knowledge of business continuity management and resilience concepts
Experience with risk management and BCP tools and software is a plus.
