- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ONLY! Required for all RNs. Not required for Cath Lab Tech.)- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA ONLY! Required for ALL candidates including Cath Lab Tech, LTC, & Rehab. Not required for Ambulatory Care, Dieticians, Histology Techs, and MLTs)- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA only. Required for Maternity and Family Services, ED/ER, Cardiac LLC Cath, PACU. Preferred but not required for Critical Care.
