The ideal candidate should have a pulse on the conservative movement in social media marketing. The Social Media Manager should be skilled in writing comments and messages that resonate, some editing experience, and an understanding of how to build and convert a digital audience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling content across social media platforms on a daily basis
Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience
Evolve and elevate PragerU's storytelling through timely, engaging campaigns
Constantly monitor social media channels and engage with posts, popular hashtags and join pop culture conversations/moments in a proactive and timely manner to cultivate community
Collaborate across the team and different departments to capture in-the-moment content while keeping overall content and social strategy in mind
Manage PragerU's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Parler, TikTok, and YouTube
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
3-5 years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience preferred
Strategic experience on social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as staying up to date on emerging platforms.
Passion for social media and good understanding of key trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized with an eye for detail
An ability to multitask, plan ahead on projects, and meet tight deadlines
Aligns with company mission and vision

Salary Range:
The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
