The Advertiser Management team builds applications to help advertisers express their goals and improve their return from advertising investments.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and improve web services used by advertisers to run campaigns in the Uber & Uber Eats apps used by 100m+ global usersLead the development of new advertising capabilities, optimizing the ad delivery process and creating delightful user experiencesArchitect systems that improve how Uber's advertising marketplaces operate to provide control and transparency to advertisersParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and improve software engineering practices across the teamIdentify solutions to ambiguous problems and help the team work through tradeoffsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of increasing responsibility and impactExperience with full-stack development and data-intensive applicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience on product teams building highly performant productsAPI DesignFrontend familiarityExperience in advertising and marketing domainsExperience running experiments and supporting decisions with dataExperience leading cross-functional teams solving ambiguous problemsFor Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$153,000 per year - CAD$170,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$185,000 per year - USD$205,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$185,000 per year - USD$205,500 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$185,000 per year - USD$205,500 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$185,000 per year - USD$205,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of compensation. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
