This role will communicate with executive leadership, so exceptional communication skills are a MUST!Qualified candidates MUST have:AA degree or BS/BA highly preferredParalegal certification is a MUSTOver five years experience as a paralegalCarta software is highly preferredMS Office Suite, Adobe, NetDocs, and iManage is a MUSTMust be familiar with corporate business transaction legal documentsMust have experience drafting, formatting, and redlining legal agreementsExperience with equity issuances, cap table updates, and equity redemptionAssist with entity formationsManage any special projectsOrganize large volumes of e-filingThis role is fully on-site, 5 days a week.
