We have helped hundreds of companies meet their sustainability goals while accelerating climate solutions.About Position:We’re looking for a full-cycle recruiter who is passionate about building teams and who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will partner with the Head of People to set and execute the recruiting strategy, build and manage the headcount plan, and own the recruiting process from job description drafting, to sourcing, all the way through offer.What You’ll Do:Oversee Patch’s recruiting strategy and headcount plan, growing Patch’s team from 70 to >100 in the next yearOwn full-cycle recruiting for high priority roles, including job description drafting, sourcing, screening, internal coordination, offer and closingPartner closely with senior leaders across all functions on organizational design, hiring, and recruiting operationsFacilitate a world-class candidate experience that results in a successful close rate of our top candidatesArticulate our business and technology to build relationships with the best talent in the worldManage recruiting operations, including tooling, reporting, and goal settingSource and attract a diverse candidate pool that delivers on Patch’s DEI ambitionsContribute to other People-related projects such as onboarding and employee experienceWho You Are:7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting roleSuccessful track record of sourcing candidates at a high-growth, fast-paced startupA startup operator who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively to support Patch’s most important business needsA phenomenal written and verbal communicatorPassionate about Patch’s vision to rebalance the planetEarly stage experience at high growth startupYou are currently located in the Bay Area and able to work out of our San Francisco, California, office a few days a weekCommitment to Diversity:
