Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Security Solutions

Position Overview: We are seeking a candidate to enhance our security offerings for enterprise customers and help position A10 as the go-to solution provider as cybersecurity protection needs continue to evolve.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions and will collaborate with A10 Product Management, Engineering, and go-to-market (GTM) senior leadership to define strategies and roadmaps that address customers' cybersecurity requirements and protect their assets, applications, and workloads
Will work cross-functionally and externally to define organic product growth and establish relevant partnerships in the cybersecurity space
Will champion A10’s enterprise cybersecurity offerings, promoting our solutions to customers, at events, and in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Responsibilities:
Acquire and maintain subject matter expertise in enterprise cybersecurity solutions for web assets, APIs, and applications
Create and maintain a product vision by working directly with customers and sales teams to identify pain points and desired solutions
Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to focus on innovative, differentiated solutions as needs evolve
Develop organic and inorganic product roadmaps with a 12- to 18-month outlook
Identify and operationalize partnerships with third-party companies
Collaborate with GTM teams to evangelize solutions and offerings, participate in Executive Business Conversations (EBCs), and present at industry events
Actively work to increase top-line revenue of the enterprise security product line
Coordinate with sales and marketing to boost adoption of enterprise security solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of product management experience, or an MBA from an accredited institution with 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from inception to phase-out and transitioning to new products
Background in enterprise security solutions, such as API protection, WAF, or similar technologies
Familiarity with business partnerships, covering both strategic goals and operational aspects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in delivering presentations for both internal and external audiences
Strong business acumen with a proven track record in driving top-line revenue growth
Bonus Qualifications:
Working knowledge of WAF, API protection, and AI security
Prior experience with products and architectures for Fortune 500 enterprise customers
