As an Innovation & Go-to-market Summer Associate on the CI Pro team, you will manage the end-to-end orchestration of the operational client experience, defining and delivering the go-to-market approach, and elevating the quality and consistency of our client interactions. Additionally, you will identify and evaluate long-term opportunities for innovation that align with client needs to inform our strategic direction, enable CI Pro to stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements.

The CI Pro team is a cross functional group focused on a global effort to combine the best of Capital Group’s value-add insights and services into a single, easy-to-use experience. The team is responsible for identifying partner firm and client needs, aligning Capital Group capabilities to those needs, and delivering a connected client experience.

  • You have outstanding professional experience, with a strong foundation in business management, strategic planning, and analytical thinking.
  • You are a current student pursuing an MBA or master’s degree.
  • You have an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • You are strategic, partnering actively with leadership to develop and refine CI Pro's direction, as well as measure and optimize key performance indicators to evaluate the initiative's success.
  • You are data savvy, possessing a deep understanding of relevant tools and technologies, and you possess the ability to synthesize complex information into digestible and actionable insights.
  • You are a curious and thoughtful, able to research and synthesize capabilities, identifying the intersection between megatrends and customer problems to guide the organization towards future innovation.
  • You are collaborative, partnering seamlessly with capable of executing a broader vision, focusing on effective communication, organization, and cross-organizational collaboration.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling, and the capacity to lead cross-functional efforts.
  • You are agile, able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of a sophisticated, and fast-paced business and possess the ability to simultaneously balance a wide range of projects.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

*Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
