Certification Details Wisconsin Registered Nurse License BLS within 90 days of hire Job Details The Registered Nurse is a practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. Competent in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. ERU is a quaint 12 bed post-surgical unit expecting both planned and unplanned admissions that are expected to stay overnight with an early morning discharge. Job Requirements Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment. Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). Additional Details Skills: Managing pain control, ensuring patients meet milestones for discharge. Patient populations/procedures involve Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Total Thyroidectomy, Panniculectomies, Uterine Fibroids, Orthopedic procedures, endoscopy, adrenalectomy, etc.
