Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):Oversee the daily operations of Canyon Breeze, ensuring excellence in guest service and quality of food and beverage offerings.Lead, inspire, and manage the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, development, and performance management.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and the front-of-house, focusing on delivering a cohesive dining experience.Manage financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in all areas of the restaurant.Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and maximize profitability.Foster strong relationships with guests, team members, and other departments within the resort.Analyze and interpret market trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.Plan and oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clientele.Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a wellness or fine dining setting.Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management.Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and relevant restaurant management software.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of health-conscious cuisine, dietary trends, and food service standards.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
