Position / Specialty: Pharmacist InpatientShift: D/E/N - 5x8. The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 0700 – 1530 & 1430 – 2300.Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years' experience required.First-timers accepted: Yes.Weekend REQ: Will work 8 weekends per contract.Is on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.IL state license required to apply OR must have active application with ETA.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.Job Requirements
Inpatient / Acute care experience required.Required Dosing Skills/Experience: Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring.Pyxis experience required.Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required.Schedule Information
