Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,062 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS & ACLS required MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for various specialties PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred or required for certain units NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for certain specialties Numerous other certifications listed for specialized areas within the hospital Job Details ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. PBDS Assessment – waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Job Requirements MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Schedule Information Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; must carry while on assignment. New/Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.
