Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for financial services and compliance? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our project with a leading vendor specializing in monitoring and surveillance for associate and client trading under ITSFEA. If you excel at gathering requirements, crafting detailed user stories, analyzing data, and managing projects, we want to hear from you!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements.
•Innovate: Develop and refine user stories to guide our development teams.
•Analyze: Perform data analysis and queries to support project objectives.
•Communicate: Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution among stakeholders.
•Manage: Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
•Prioritize: Work closely with business units to prioritize the backlog.
•Validate: Review and validate testing scripts to ensure quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
•Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and five (5) years of relevant experience or combination of education, training and experience.
•Previous experience in financial services, with a focus on Compliance.
•Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Oracle, MSSQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Qlik.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Basic understanding of compliance regulations is a plus.
•Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with 10 days/month in the office.
