As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

AMS or AMI Credential in Early ChildhoodMust have infant experience for the Lead Infant Guide roleAt least one year classroom experience in a Montessori environmentEnrollment in Central Background Registry in the State of OregonExperience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
