This is a global finance partner role shaping the financials and influencing the global strategy for one of our most critical vaccines, Arexvy. Arexvy, GSK's vaccine for the prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection in older adults, was launched very successfully in the US in 2023 and is a market leader. This role partners with Global Vaccines Commercial Lead (VCL) and the Vaccines Commercial Team in driving strategic decision making and optimizing portfolio value. The role explains global performance and forecast expectations to leadership and investor relations, makes recommendations on pricing and tenders, provides context and financial consequences of supply decisions, reviews and influences sales forecasts for investment governance and long-range planning, and assesses brand profitability through development of brand P&Ls and financial valuations.

for RSV portfolio assets with financial insightsPartner with Commercial, R&D, Medical and Global Supply Chain to drive pipeline and life cycle innovation progress including delivery of robust, governed commercial P&Ls with clear assumptions and insights to facilitate investment decision-making at governance forums.Challenge and support sales forecasts and related assumptions in preparation for Forecast Review Committee and ensure appropriate documentation to support intangible assets and contingent liabilitiesEnable corporate capital allocation and manufacturing network decisions through delivery of credible and ambitious long-range forecast for assets (value and volume) focused on mid and long term commitmentsOptimize top line and profit through influencing price, launch sequencing and participation in immunization programs and tenders through modeling of opportunities (e.g. tenders)Participate actively on Vaccines Commercial Team and Brand S&OP to

inform strategy and outcomesGuide, challenge, and advise on 3-Year commercial plan and supply for RSV portfolio including launchesHelp deliver financial plans through global performance and forecast analyses, developing plan resource guidance and sharing best practice with regions and local operating companiesPartner with Global Supply Chain Strategy to ensure optimal supply strategy (presentation, launch pack policies, safety stock policy); present and gain Executive S&OP approval for supply plansInfluence and challenge supply allocation at brand S&OP to optimize launch sequencing and profitLead Investor Relations narrative for brand financials, explain global commercial performance and give outlook for current year versus internal and external commitmentsOversee structure and A&P spend as well as medical budgets for the RSV Product Strategy teamWhy you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or Business10+ years of finance partnering experience enabling integration of commercial, manufacturing and R&D perspectives into product and portfolio strategy in the pharmaceutical industryExperience leading and engaging senior stakeholders in matrix organizationsExperience analyzing complex data and clearly present insights to non-finance audiences; and make recommendations external messagingExperience constructing P&Ls using business knowledge and interpretation of contracts, and mastery of financial valuation methods (e.g. NPV) to support investment decisionsPreferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:MBA or financially qualified, with internationally recognized Finance Qualification or through strong experience at a senior level. Good knowledge of Finance standards, systems, and processes.Knowledge of vaccines business and brands necessary to deliver recommendations and valuations with credibility.
