About The Role
EliseAI is looking for our first Head of GTM Enablement who will spearhead the design, execution, and enhancement of training initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will craft onboarding programs and measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts to optimize team performance.
Note: This role is remote for candidates outside of the NYC or SF area with with frequent travel expected. Candidates located within commuting distance of NYC or SF will work from our headquarters a few days per week.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be 100% responsible and accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enablement for the Sales and CS teamsDevelop onboarding programs for Sales and CS that decrease ramp-up timePartner with Sales, CS, and Product leadership to identify training needs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trendsCreate and manage a metrics framework and reporting to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on performanceCollaborate with Sales Ops to ensure tools such as Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, etc. are used for maximum effectivenessWork with Marketing and Sales Ops on optimizing case studies, product demos, and competitive intelligenceCreate tests and certifications to ensure ongoing training and knowledge is retainedConsistently monitor Sales and CS calls to verify adherence to call scripts and SOPs for demos, and offer constructive feedback to both the team and leadershipAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements
At least 7 years of sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startupAt least 3 years of experience managing a sales enablement teamExperience enabling sellers with average deal size of at least $100,000Experience rolling out sales methodologiesExperience building onboarding and ever boarding programs for AEs and AMs, SDRs a plusComfortable in highly ambiguous environments and wearing many hatsBonus: previously was a high performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly engaged with prospects or customersWhy Join

Job Compensation Range:
The salary range for this role is $210,000 - $240,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
