The Device Sustainability team is looking for a product leader to create and drive our carbon footprint publication strategy.

Key job responsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will have launched multiple, impactful software products, have demonstrated the ability to lead high-performance teams, and have a deep understanding of product management, user experience, and software development processes (especially agile).

You should be highly analytical, able to work effectively across teams, and thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environments. Key responsibilities include:

Lead product strategy and vision supported by internal data and external analysis.Define creative, high quality, simple product requirements and roadmaps based on product strategy.Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support requirements.Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key partners.Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products to market using agile development methodologies.Stay current and report on industry trends, including new opportunities, competitor capabilities, etc.Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers.Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

A day in the lifeThis role has high visibility, cross-functional in nature, and involves working with both internal teams at Amazon and external to the company. You will be a Product Manager with dedicated ownership of this key product and work with the engineering and design teams. You will own product vision, synthesize customer and business requirements into product roadmaps, and launch new features from start to finish. You will be a key champion of this product to the industry externally and work with external strategic partners to identify and build new voice-first experiences. A successful candidate will have a passion for designing delightful customer experiences and the entrepreneurial grit to get things done!

About the teamThe Device Sustainability team is a new team that focuses on delivering experiences that help customers build sustainable habits to mitigate the impacts of climate change. We envision helping every customer make better choices for our planet. We are currently building a brand new set of features in the sustainability domain and our future plans include grassroots efforts to make the world's most popular digital assistant an indispensable resource when it comes to fighting against climate change.Our team also puts a high value on work-life balance. - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end-to-end product delivery- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
