SUMMARYThe primary therapist, senior, provides mental health diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and mental health therapies for persons with mental illness/substance abuse. Treatment is provided in the context of a clinical team, supervised by the staff psychiatrist. Provide superior customer service.

ATTRIBUTESMasters Degree in Human Services field requiredTwo years of mental health experience preferredLCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT required
RESPONSIBILITIESPatient Evaluation & Development.
Provide initial and ongoing assessment, counseling and clinical intervention to a designated caseload; participate in and incorporate professional supervision and ongoing education toward quality carePatient Care.
Provide individual, group and family psychotherapy; participate in the coordination and delivery of patient care; communicate with relevant internal and external care providersDocumentation.
Complete all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive mannermental health diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and mental health therapies for persons with mental illness/substance abuse. Treatment is provided in the context of a clinical team, supervised by the staff psychiatrist. Provide superior customer service.
EDUCATION:MS: Human Services (Required)LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE:$60,000.00 - $75,000.00CITY:RochesterPOSTAL CODE:14607The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
