Productboard is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist. This role plays a key role in the execution of our Marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Conceive, build, and optimize scalable marketing automation processes and templates across campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement programs.
Build and communicate essential training materials and documentation for GTM teams on marketing technologies and processes.
Review existing automation workflows and programs to identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Organize and automate marketing operations project board and calendar.
Build and document standardized templates and modules for common marketing automation scenarios.
Build and analyze performance reports using Marketo and SFDC reporting and analytics functions.
Deployment of new marketing technology platforms to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor system performance and data flow between marketing platforms and CRM.
Support stakeholders with end-to-end campaign execution including list uploads, audience segmentation, asset management, email builds, A/B testing, and deployment.
Support evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies.
Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations.
Marketo experience/certification preferred.
Working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and their interaction with marketing automation platforms.
Highly detail-oriented with demonstrated skills in project management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels.
Highly motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented.
Fluent English (company communication language).
Bachelor’s Degree.
