As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for improving revenue, managing partnerships, and driving market growth in assigned regions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activity, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales performance. Skills: Proven leadership skills with experience in senior living communities. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and develop targeted sales plans. Experience in sales and account management. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with customers. Proficiency with Salesforce and experience using the platform to manage sales pipelines and analyze sales performance. Experience in business development and a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
