Showcase your interpersonal and team-building strengths as Human Resources Manager – and be an ambassador for the extraordinary career opportunities and service culture at your hotel.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Assistant Director, Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and oversee the day to day operation of the Human Resources Talent & Culture Department as well as play a critical role in assisting in the implementation of the Talent & Culture human resources strategyAssist in assessing organizational needs, developing aligned human resource solutions and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recognition, administration and Colleague wellnessLead conversations with Unions including, but not limited to, liaising with union representatives, handling grievances, and overseeing internal investigationsOversee Assistant Manager to ensure duties and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectivelyLead recruitment of managerial candidatesOversee annual reviews and related matters (including pay increases, performance reviews, etc.) across the HotelPromote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and funAssist Departmental Leaders and Senior Managers with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in colleague feedbackAssist with and support staff eventsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedSalary Range: $85,000 to $114,000 USD Gross Annually

QualificationsYour skills and experience include:Previous human resources leadership experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesVisa Requirements:Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
