Overview:We are seeking a Recruiter to support Talent Acquisition efforts for various permanent and temporary positions. The Recruiter will source, screen and interview candidates to fill open requisitions and help diversify our talent pool. Acting as an ambassador of Natixis, you will take the lead to ensure a positive candidate experience while developing strong internal relationships with hiring managers. This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days/week in our Boston (Back Bay) office.What you will do:
Develop and build strong partnerships with hiring managers to bring talent into the business functions and address recruitment needsSource, engage, screen and interview candidates to present a diverse slate of talent to hiring managersLead the end-to-end hiring process including; strategy kickoff meetings, providing market insights, enhancing job descriptions, sourcing and candidate development, candidate outreach, engagement with employee referrals, management of contingency/temp agency relationships, partnering with internal candidates, offer development and negotiations, references, background checks, etc.Execute and manage all aspects of the candidate life cycle and interview processes (video and in-person interviews) for internal and external candidatesEstablish and enhance connections with professional affiliations, community associations and other organizations that can help to build and diversify talent pipelines in partnership with our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and internship and co-op initiativesOwn and maintain the applicant tracking system (document management, systems integration, recruiting metrics/dashboard)Ad-hoc recruiting projects, as needed
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of demonstrated success as a recruiter, ideally in-house, at a professional services organizationHands-on experience with the entire recruitment life cycleClient focused with demonstrated experience collaborating and coaching managersProactive with superior attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow up and follow throughAbility to balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while staying organizedExcellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems and/or candidate development platforms such as LinkedIn)
