Competitive Bonus Package Profit Sharing Extremely Competitive Benefits Package Phenomenal Company CultureJob DetailsAs an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the cost of construction projects and ensuring that they are completed within budget. The following are the key responsibilities for this role: Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information and ensure that bids are competitive Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and ensure that estimates are consistent with project requirements Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients, including detailed cost breakdowns and other relevant information Monitor and track project costs and ensure that they remain within budget Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures when appropriate Participate in project meetings and provide ongoing support to project teams as neededRequirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in estimating for ground-up construction projects in the light industrial sector Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, PlanSwift) Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracyf you are a talented Estimator with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Interested in hearing more?
