Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Remote Technical Support Specialist to support a large engineering consulting company. This position will be supporting Pinellas County, FL with technical support for their residents on assessing damages caused by the hurricane. Pinellas County will be sending out notices within the next few weeks, as these notices come out property owners will be calling in the explain the damages that have been done to their property. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting and assessing theses damages based on the property owner's verbal descriptions and following create an action plan on county representatives who are able to provide on-site assistance shortly after. We are looking for individuals who come from a strong FEMA background and have an understanding of FEMA design principals and flood plane designs. This will be a short-term position to support the Hurricane Relief team for around 3-4 months.
