POSITION OVERVIEW This role is responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing activations that drive engaging, unique, and shareable content on behalf of the 23XI brand. This individual will assist in social media marketing, community management & engagement and KPI reporting in support of 23XI brand initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and analytic skills, an existing knowledge, skill and passion for social media and the ability to understand the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing as it pertains to brand building. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES The role will be responsible for developing engaging content and assist in managing our social media presence to build brand awareness Work closely with the Marketing Manager to synchronize brand messaging and timing across digital marketing levers including SMS, newsletters, website, and social channels Assist in planning and coordinating various brand marketing activities from planning and research to implementation and analysis, ensuring alignment with 23XI goals and objectives Write engaging captions and copy that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies that align with our brand marketing objectives Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to building a brand Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community with direction from the Marketing leads Collaborate with graphic designers to develop graphics, illustrations, and infographics for promotional materials and social media posts Supports internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints by leveraging brand guidelines Prepare analytics reports by interpreting data and generating actionable insights Ability to maintain multiple marketing channels with strong communication of goals and results both within the team and with management Assist in managing social media channels on race weekends, as assigned Assist in managing our digital marketing tools including tracking costs and team access Other duties as assigned by Manager REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and ABILITIES Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-3 years of integrated digital marketing experience Ability to maintain multiple marketing channels with strong communication of goals and results both within the team and with management. Strong analytic skills and comfortability with digital marketing data analytics and reporting tools Willingness to work some weekends to cover team social media needs and ability to work select weekends, as needed Ability to operate well under pressure to meet tight deadlines Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Meta Ads, LinkTree, Survey Monkey, Hookit or other analytics tools Familiarity with Adobe Suite or other design tools is a plus
