All team members receive benefits including:+ Weekly pay+ Employee assistance program+ Training and development opportunities+ Employee discounts+ Flexible work schedulesEligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement.**Responsibilities**+ Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops and end-user support for hardware and software systems+ Assist implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North+ Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team members+ Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events+ Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through help desk request problem-solving process**Qualifications**+ No high school diploma or GED required+ Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role+ Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows+ Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry+ Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays**Shift Details**Monday to FridayWeekendsEvenings as neededHolidaysOn call8 hour shiftOvertime as needed**Who We Are**Our location at the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park is ideal for individuals who enjoy the great outdoors.
