Description Senior Design Researcher (Business Intelligence) Remote. Most states eligible Join our innovative Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) as a Senior UX Designer. In this role, you'll craft user-centered experiences to drive data informed decision making in a complex healthcare setting. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are key, enabling you to translate UX insights into compelling stories that influence decisions and align stakeholders. As a proactive self-starter, you'll demonstrate flexibility and cross-functional capabilities, conducting workshops and applying rapid mixed-method research techniques. Collaborate with data visualization designers and use insights to shape data strategies. You'll help mature and evangelize UX best practices within the organization while delivering measurable solutions that meet diverse stakeholder needs. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human Behavior, Analytics, or related field of study. 6 years Progressively increasing responsibility in customer relationship management or customer-facing engagement and communication. 3 years Qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight synthesis and reporting. Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in mixed-methods research, utilizing quantitative and qualitative findings to drive design decisions. Skilled in task analysis and user flow mapping to enhance user experience, and able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for data visualization partners and stakeholders. Ability to define and track business-oriented metrics that establish and prove the success of UX projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and demonstrating value. In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, patient outcomes, and digital health trends, with experience in using data-driven strategies to improve healthcare delivery and patient engagement. Proven ability to lead workshops and multidisciplinary teams through complex design projects, fostering collaboration, UX maturity, and skill development. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, capable of visualizing recommendations to influence decision-making and ensure alignment of UX strategies with organizational goals. Highly adaptable to new technologies and evolving project demands, with strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges. Capable of managing multiple projects independently, efficiently delivering impactful UX solutions while balancing priorities.
