This position is part of the Accounting and Finance Department located in Fargo, North Dakota and will be fully remote. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Accounting team and report to the Controller responsible for data governance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Design Aldevron's data governance framework and strategy, as well as develop and implement data policies, standards, and procedures for enterprise dataCoordinate with technical analysts and solution architects to optimize the use and flow of master data across various data domainsManage and verify customer data by defining required fields in customer records across multiple databases, including CRM and ERP as well as design and implement processes for ongoing data hygiene maintenanceEstablish customer account naming conventions, and validate customer names, addresses and hierarchical relationships in various databases, including de-dupesEvaluate current transactions data entry/modification processes and user permissions, and recommend and implement changes for optimized transactions data management, including execution of cross-functional change managementThe essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant hands-on professional experience in data governance or data managementExperience implementing customer data governanceImplementing changes to policy or processes, including documentation and change managementLeveraging lean and continuous Improvement methods / toolsUnderstanding of database management, data warehousing, and data integrationIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

The salary range for this role is $145,000-$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
