The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of regionalized Inside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Supervisors. The role requires a history of leading people leaders, effective communication, strong collaboration, data analysis & management and is highly accountable to achieving assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget expectations.

Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesDirectly manages two (2) telesales Supervisors.Indirectly manages a team of Inside Sales Representatives; provides day-to-day management of the telesales process.Implements sales strategies to achieve measurable growth in generic and total sales revenuePlans, monitors and executes on their team's headwinds, tailwinds and customer pipelinesIdeates, collaborates and communicates sales promotions to foster telesales successResponsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual team sales budgets in alignment with organizational goalsEffectively and accurately communicates sales supervisor performance expectations in adherence to the established scorecard.Dedicates ample time to career development of direct reportsWorks well with peer Sales Managers to ideate, innovate and partner on sales strategiesCollaborates with support teams respectfully and effectively to better business processesProvides guidance and counsel to supervisors and representatives on HR and performance-related topics Responsible for monitoring and reporting key performance metrics.Consistently and fairly adheres to all CAH HR policies and procedures.Participates in stretch assignments (ie. recruiting, compensation, budgeting) when needed.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years healthcare sales experience3+ years sales leadership experienceProficient in Microsoft ExcelTravel as neededA professional history of effective communication, people development, collaboration, planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation experience.Anticipated pay range:

$122,000-148,600 (includes targeted variable pay)
