5x8's or 4x10's , Days, M-F, 8am - 4:30 pm

All units may handle COVID patientsNo Flu or TDAP exemptions/declinations accepted includes adverse reactions/doctors notes and religious exemptions.EPIC PreferredBLS and NC PT License Required
Bachelor’s degree or certification in physical therapy required. Master’s or doctorate preferred.Accepting local travelers 75 miles or closer
Orthopedic-based outpatient PT clinic. 1:1 patient care. Clinic has 4 PTA's.Unit:
Hospital Outpatient PT, 331326
