ACLSMed/Surg, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Insulin, PCA, Spinal cord injuries, Traumatic Brain injury, Ortho trauma, Peripheral nerve block catheters, Total Joint Replacements, Surgical drains, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oral suctioning, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Level 1 Trauma Experience skills requiredElectronic Documentation requiredTrauma Level I Experience requiredBSN, TNCC preferredPrevious Charge Experience preferred

Can have no more than 3 tardies and 2 call ins in a 13 week contract or can result in a cancelation. Will reset for every 13 week contract.

Patient Diagnoses: come from ED, OR or ICU

Services on unit:

geriatric trauma: 55 yo + with trauma

Trauma: Abuse/violence victims, MVA, MVC, Falls

Acute Care Surgery: appendicitis, gallbladders, hernia repairs, fistulas, wounds, burns, TBI
