PATIENT DIAGNOSES:COVIDRespiratory DistressPost Cardiac ArrestDKACardiac Dysrhythmia requiring IV drips
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: ED physician, nursing supervisor, and Respiratory therapy in house 24/7. Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Telemetry monitoring. Capnography capabilities.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, CERNER, SBAR
UNIT ORIENTATION: 24hrs - Two twelve hour shifts for orientation.
