ECMO, Left Ventricular Assist Device, Mitral Valve Replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Scrub Vascular Surgery, ASD/VSD Repair, Tetralogy of Fallot Repair, Transposition of the Great Arteries Repair, Valve Repair/Replacement, Ventricular Assist Device Implant, Scrub Pedi Cardiovascular Surgery, Heart Transplant, Organ Donation, Scrub Pedi Transplant Surgery, Administration of Blood Products. **Must have experience scrubbing and circulating CVOR, including pump cases, open heart procedures and ECMO**
