Job Summary: Multi-Line Claim Supervisor (Hybrid) – Scottsdale, AZ

CCMSI is seeking a Multi-Line Claim Supervisor for a hybrid position in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auto liability (AL) and general liability (GL) exposures, with 10+ years of GL claims adjusting experience. Experience with litigation is required, and a background as a paralegal or other law profession is highly desirable. Extensive experience with evaluating and negotiating bodily injury claims is required.

Candidates must have previous experience handling national accounts and adjusting claims in the retail, convenience, or grocery industries is preferred. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions is also preferred. A home state adjuster's license is required, and professional designations such as AIC, ARM, or CPCU are preferred but not required. Prior supervisory experience (3+ years) is strongly preferred.

As a Multi-Line Claim Supervisor, you will be responsible for the investigation, adjustment, and supervision of assigned multi-line claims. This position offers advanced training and potential for promotion to a management role. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality claim services in accordance with CCMSI’s corporate standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Review, assign and provide supervision of all multi-line claim activity for designated claims to ensure compliance with Corporate Claim Standards, client specific handling instructions and in accordance with applicable laws.Investigate, evaluate and adjust assigned multi-line claims in accordance with established claim handling standards and laws.Reserve establishment and/or oversight of reserves for designated multi-line claims within established reserve authority levels.Provide oversight of medical, legal, damage estimates and miscellaneous invoices to determine if reasonable and related to designated claims. Negotiate any disputed bills or invoices for resolution.Authorize and make payments of multi-line claims in accordance with claim procedures utilizing a claim payment program in accordance with industry standards and within established payment authority.Negotiate settlements in accordance within Corporate Claim Standards, client specific handling instructions and state laws, when appropriate.Assist designated claim staff in the selection, referral and supervision of designated claim files sent to outside vendors. (i.e. legal, surveillance, case management, etc.)Direct handling of designated litigated and complex claims.Provide education, training and assist in the development of claim staff.Review and maintain personal diary on claim system.Supervision of all multi-line claim activity for specified accounts.Compliance with Corporate Claim Handling Standards and special client handling instructions as established.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

10+ years multi-line claim experience is required.

A strong understanding of auto liability (AL) and general liability (GL) exposures is required.

Three years supervisory experience preferred.

Litigation Experience is required.

Computer Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Adjusters license is required.

AIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred.
