• Review personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired employees, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
• Payroll Manager will record new or changed pay rates in payroll files.
• Direct computation of pay according to company policy.
• Direct compilation and preparation of other payroll data such as pension, insurance, and credit union payments.
• Payroll Manager will Review and approve payroll deductions.
• Review payroll to ensure accuracy.
• Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Payroll Manager will provide systems analysis and implementation

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
• 5+ years Payroll experience, 1+ in Leadership
• Large Payroll System Experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with top notch time management skills
