- Be the right-hand person to the CFO and lead special projects.
- This role is a succession plan for the Finance Manager (retiring end of 2025).
- Role encompasses financial, operational, and functional analysis - it's VERY broad!

Overview of the Role for the Analyst:
- Develop cash flow projections and manage working capital effectively.
- Analyze financial data related to industry trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments.
- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators relating to financial metrics.
- Run multiple forecast scenarios to provide guidance for operational decision-making.
- Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare customer profitability analysis.
- Prepare labor metrics optimization analysis.
- Prepare and review a variety of complex financial data - heavy on special projects!
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications for the Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Eight to ten years of experience in finance.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-focused work environment.
