• Be the right-hand person to the CFO and lead special projects.
• This role is a succession plan for the Finance Manager (retiring end of 2025).
• Role encompasses financial, operational, and functional analysis - it's VERY broad!

Overview of the Role for the Analyst:

• Develop cash flow projections and manage working capital effectively.
• Analyze financial data related to industry trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments.
• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators relating to financial metrics.
• Run multiple forecast scenarios to provide guidance for operational decision-making.
• Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepare customer profitability analysis.
• Prepare labor metrics optimization analysis.
• Prepare and review a variety of complex financial data - heavy on special projects!
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications for the Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Eight to ten years of experience in finance.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-focused work environment.
