The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for using systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for firm products. The Incumbent is responsible for developing, modifying and executing software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. They will also analyze and write test standards and procedures, maintain documentation of test results and provide feedback to the development engineers to address issues and debug software products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. The Incumbent must work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accurate and detailed records, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
ResponsibilitiesDebug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop and maintain quality standards for firm productsDevelop, modify and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testingAnalyze and write test strategy, standards and procedures in alignment with leading practicesMaintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of softwareIdentify and implement improvement opportunities to automate integration, test, and deployment of solution qualityContinuously monitor to proactively identify quality issuesAnalyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective actionConsult with development engineers in resolution of incidents and problemsProvide feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems and computation software

Compensation:$110000 to $120000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
