Want more info?The National Accounts & Contract Analyst will play an important role in the execution of contracts with vendor including maintaining fair pricing. The National Accounts & Contract Analyst ensures regulatory compliance between vendor and Pentax America.
About the Contract Analyst:The National Accounts & Contracts Analyst oversees all contractual agreements including pricing schema for our IDN and GPO customers. Pentax Medical of America Inc. provides attractive pricing incentives to the IDN and GPO customers and their networked entities to attract additional business.
This person is responsible for facilitating the administration of pricing, products, terms and conditions to ensure contracts are accurately executed and satisfied. Works within the corporate accounts team to analyze current contracting trends and maximize the impact of our national agreements.
Responsibilities of the contract Analyst:Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer solutions, and the CFO to craft responses to ever changing customer demands.Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stagesEvaluate data to assist in decision making processAnalyze compliance and help determine appropriate rebate and pricing strategiesUpdate contractual price list and pricing amendments on a timely basisRun and analyze ad-hoc reports to support pricing and contract initiativesContinually evaluate and manage relevant internal processes, procedures and systems and propose improvements to managementMain administrator of all GPO/IDN/government facility agreements and updates accordingly paying special attention to pricing and profitability (gross margins)Responds to questions regarding government and national contractsProvides administrative support (i.e. as contract routing, vendor set up, item set up)Provides analytics of contracting activityUpdates rosters to ensure customers are affiliated with the correct GPO/IDNResponsible for managing RFPs and coordinates activities with Sales and Product Marketing
Assists in preparation of necessary presentation materials for monthly and quarterly meetings and RFPsOther duties assigned by management as needed
Qualifications of the Contract Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.3+ years of relevant experienceExperience with enterprise systems preferredSalesforce CRM experience a plusExperience with Microsoft Suite (including Access) preferredStrong problem solving and analysis skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
