Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Data Analytics & AI) Type: FTE Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Remote) Job Summary: The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet business objectives and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Execution & Monitoring: Lead project execution, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budgets. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task completion. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and post-project evaluations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on technical projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience in working with lambda, APIs, rest APIs and ETL. Candidates must have experience with AI tech stacks, AI architecture understanding, Azure/AWS cloud experience. Certifications: PMP, or Agile certifications are preferred. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Key Competencies: Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
