Lead React Developer

Were seeking a Lead React Engineer to drive the front-end development of our products. This role is crucial to building seamless user experiences across both web and mobile platforms as we continue to expand our product offerings. Responsibilities: Lead front-end development, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable React applications Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver new features Drive our transition to Next.js in the upcoming year, ensuring smooth migration and optimal performance Implement TypeScript for robust, type-safe code and ensure best practices across all projects Coordinate with mobile teams on shared components and architectures, utilizing React Native for cross-platform functionality Requirements: 5 years of experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in React.js Proficiency with TypeScript for high-quality, type-safe code Experience in React Native is a plus, especially for building and maintaining mobile components Familiarity with Next.js or an interest in leading our transition to it in the coming year Strong understanding of performance optimization, state management, and modern UI design principles
