Join our growing team! We're hiring Warehouse Associates with general labor experience to support warehouse operations. This is a highly physical role. Warehouse team members will spend their entire shift on their feet while lifting heavy items weighing up to 70lbs. Duties include but are not limited to loading, unloading, and palletizing without powered equipment assistance. This role requires flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment. Shift Information:

  • Shift: Monday-Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday; 6:15AM - 3:15PM (Off Wednesday)
  • Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Duties:

  • Must perform accurately and in compliance with established standard operating procedures and daily workload plans.
  • All functions must be completed within a SIMOS Production System environment while assuring damage and error-free inventory shipping/receiving. (Safety, Quality, and Productivity)
  • Team Members are expected to meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards. Strict adherence to all published and reasonably anticipated safety practices, procedures, and guidelines must be always observed. 
  • Reach overhead, twist, turn and squat.
  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance.
  • Unloading, stack and palletize with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focused.

Position Requirements:

  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic.
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace.
  • Zero tolerance for cellphones on the floor.
  • Non-climate control building - flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.50 - $17.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
